We will go extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied with our product. We answer EVERY request. If you don't receive answer within 48 hours, your email didn't make it here or our answer was filtered into your junk mail folder.

Please specify processor speed, RAM, OS and Internet connection type (example: 2.4GHz, 256Mb, Windows XP, cable)

QuakeMap keeps a log of all activity in C:\Program Files\VitalBytes\QuakeMap\bin\trace.txt. Please attach this file to your email to support@quakemap.com
