Q: I purchased a License Key, why I can't unlock the program?

A: You need to register first:

• make sure you are connected to the Internet.
• click "Help->License" menu to bring up registration form. Select "Register" tab.
• fill in at least your first name and your last name. We respect your privacy and understand when you leave the rest of the form blank. You can use aliases instead of your real name; the registration process will work with any words in the "First Name" and "Last Name" boxes.
• click "Register" button and wait till a new message window pops up, displaying "OK: registration success..."
• Select "License" tab and enter your License Code in the form. Click "Apply".
• Select "Unlock" tab. Make sure both checkboxes are checked. Click "Unlock".
